The Communication and Event Assistant will assist the Communication and Marketing Officer with the aim to communicate the messages of the CPMR and its member regions. She/He will also act as a support to the CPMR team in the organisation of meetings and events.
Main tasks will involve, among others:
- Supporting the creation, layout and edition of documents, articles, videos and visuals
- Supporting the daily management of the CPMR website and the CPMR social media channels
- Contributing to the development of innovative new methods of communicating: creation of new types of online content including infographics, video content and marketing materials
- Provide on-site event assistance during CPMR related events to ensure a successful experience for speakers, participants and partners
- Support and back-up of the Office Manager in her daily tasks
