//Getting Young People into work, Welsh proposals

splash_logoGetting Young People into work: Comparative approaches in the EU and beyond” is the seminar that will take place in Brussels on 25 June at the invitation of Wales House and with the participation of Derek Vaughan, MEP.

The aim of this seminar is to assess European and international polices, initiatives and research on combatting youth unemployment and share best practice vis-à-vis national and regional level approaches.

The Welsh Government will present its Jobs Growth Wales initiative – and its work on youth engagement and progression including the Welsh Youth Guarantee.

A transnational project in this area which could be supported through the European Social Fund, Erasmus Plus or other avenues will be explored by the participants.
